The interview process had 4 rounds. The initial interview was a 30-minute video call with a recruiter and a live 5-minute IQ and language test. The next two interviews were 1-hour video calls, more in-depth with the team. I received a task to create two static and one animated banner. The final interview with the hiring manager was a video call again, as the role is remote.
