Invited to a phone screening after 4 weeks - was rushed through it and interviewer seemed pissed from the start, the vibe was incredibly hostile, followed by a skills assessment, phone interview with front desk agent, job shadowing over video with a receptionist working from home, then video interview with some person out of state that spent majority of the interview asking me dead end questions and talking about her favorite TV show and how much better it was than mine? TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!

I was hired in May of 2023, and I was invited for an initial phone interview. The next step was a one-on-one interview via teams, that lasted approx. one-hour. After the 2nd interview, I was offered the position within 48-hours.
