The interview process was extremely pleasant. There were two separate interviews: one with HR/Talent Acquisition and a second with two from the Supply Chain department. Both went extremely well as questions were answered thoroughly being able to touch on experience from previous jobs/internships as well as giving examples from class work/projects. Ultimately the interview ran over from the allotted time as the conversations and dialogue continued on. I was told that there would be a decision made within the next three weeks, and this was at the end of October. It is now April and I still have not heard back. I understand that internships aren't full time jobs, but it's hard to take companies seriously and have any desire of working for them in the future when they treat prospects like this. I talked to four other fellow students at my school who interviewed for this position, and they have had the same experience. Very frustrating to take time away from school and work just to waste my time.
