They pretend its entry level management when they actually want you to a sales job where you stand outside and ask people if they want cell phones. They also claim its a salaried position in the ad but its not.

Everything was extremely smooth but I knew that the recruiter was not listening to my answers to her questions. It was a completely scam. Do not waste of your time and you deserve a better job.

I had an appointment, I was there 10 minutes early, I ended up waiting for 50 minutes. Then when we finally sat down for the interview. She talked about the company and asked me one question. She did not give me any time or ask me if I had any questions. The interview lasted five minutes. I also realized that if I want to go into sales I could do better than this place. Since then, I have gotten better offers from better sales/management programs that are far more comprehensive and have a better brand and larger network for a career. Also, for a marketing firm their social media is very unappealing.
