Hardly spent any time with me, and did not explain any of the intricacies of the job. Did not explain that mandatory overtime was a part of the process and often working short.

The process was okay and I think it was nice. I was sent a mail for the interview and also asked to confirm if I will be available.
And I confirmed that I will be available for the interview.

Brief by phone conversation with recruiter then meeting with the DON. The DON talked about the position - the requirements and expectations. Gave a tour of facility, allowed me to meet the staff and gave an opportunity to ask questions.
