J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Royal Caribbean Group
Entretien
I interviewed through skype for 2 times.
First interview:
I talked to HR from entertainment department.
At first you described to me about the position, benefits, salary and documents I will need to prepare.
Then she asked about my experiences and what console can I used since in what situation.
And wondered about what I knew about cruise theater, how to do the maintenance.
The whole interview took about 35 mins, will a comfortable atmosphere.
In the end she said there will be another HR contact me for second interview.
Second interview:
The second HR late for almost 15 mins. I can said that he must be oversleep because he said so. :D
It looked like he is in a cabin, and the internet connection was bad. Every sentences I said will be lag for 2 or 3 second.
But he is a great person, with well-knowledge about theater and explained all kinds of performances will happen on cruise clearly. He didn't asked a lots of question.
Conclusion:
Every interview made me feel comfortable, positive and can easily present myself.
I had a great time talked with these people, had little inside jokes about theater work and some funny experiences in my lifetime about theater.
It's a great experience.

Two different Skype interviews, first with a third party recruiter followed up by an interview with both the technical director and head of RCL productions. Both were fairly informal with some basic technical knowledge and experience related questions.
