Very intense interview process. First a phone interview. Then was approved for an in person interview where I was sent an interview schedule that covered two hours and entailed 4 different meetings with two people interviewing me at each one. I literally met with 8 people that day. Then was sent a personality test after my interviews to complete.

My first interview was over the phone, then my next was over teams. Every one was very friendly and encouraging, but they promptly ghosted me after giving me false hope.

The actual interview process was great, very informative and kind people. The problem is getting a response back EVER. This is the second time I apply for a position at this company where I make it to the final round of interviews and get completely ghosted. Very disrespectful as this is someone's future they're dealing with.
