Sent in my CV to the recruitment team. They did not respond by email, they simply called me after a week or so for a telephone interview straightaway. They only asked me one question - why do you think you'd be suited to working here? - and after I answered they invited me to come in for an aptitude test using the software for a mock interview the next week. After I did the aptitude test, I was offered a job on the spot.

Hiring and interview process was really nice and easy! Just a phone interview (appropriate, given that it's entirely phone work), and was offered work with them quickly after that. Honestly when I went in for training I thought it was another interview because the first one didn't seem difficult enough, so was nice when at the end of it they were just like yeah we'll start offering you shifts now
