Stage 1: Initial Call with Recruiter The interview process began with a standard screening call with the recruiter. They asked about my motivations for seeking a change, my interest in the product, and why I was interested in joining Roxor. Stage 2: Interview with Hiring Manager (PM) & Engineering Manager This stage was not particularly difficult. The interviewers asked basic product-related questions and inquired about the details on my CV. Stage 3: Take-Home Assignment The assignment required designing an electronic label system for the shelf label team. I spent a significant amount of time preparing for this task and put forth my best effort to complete it. Post-Assignment Experience: After submitting the assignment, I followed up with the recruiter multiple times but did not receive any response, even after 4 weeks now. While I understand that the company may have numerous candidates or the position might be closed, I believe it is important for candidates to receive feedback and maintain proper communication throughout the process. Overall Rating: 2 out of 5 Due to the lack of communication and feedback following the assignment submission, I rate the interview process at Roxor 2 out of 5.
