Initial phone screen, followed by a one on one skills review, a 4ish hour take-home project and then in-person group/panel interviews with a number of members on the team and the CTO.

How I would resolve a conflict between one very stubborn individual going against the recommendations of the rest of the team.
It was a very good interview we had a nice conversation and honestly super good vibes. Super sweet interviewer and I highly recommend to apply here if you can because the overall environment is healthy.
