Recruiter phone call followed by email with internal recruiter, and another phone call with the hiring manager. The last phone call was disorganized and started with the interviewer inexplicably going on a rambling description of the position and company for several minutes, as if I didn't know what job or company I was applying to. I wasn't sure what kind of interview I was in at that point. I was prepared for a Product Manager type interview, but it was just a repeat of the first screening call.
