Reasonable process with multiple technical stages. Interviewers were supportive and didn't put tons of pressure. I explained myself well and it seemed to go smoothly. Culture fit interview was relaxed and felt like they just wanted to get to know me.

Entretien
Routable had an engaging interview process that involved a take home challenge, a live coding challenge, and couple additional interviews. I worked with an internal recruiter who was exceptionally responsive and guided me through every step of the way. They worked through scheduling with an appropriate level of urgency, and I felt like a priority in their recruiting pipeline. The technical aspects of the interview were challenging, but aligned with my expectations.

Question 1
The take home coding challenge was performed in HackerRank. I invested too much time in structuring my code to reflect good practices and demonstrating my engineering skill. I was interested in hearing feedback on my solutions, but it seems nobody actually read my code. They seemed to only care that I made the problems run green.
