Be prepared to talk to about four or five people. You’ll start with their Recruiter, then their area manager, then their regional Director, then their head of stores. Altogether it’s about a month long recruiting process.

Another insulting phone screening where a 24 year old is asking questions that should be asked OF a 24 year old, not someone in the business for 20 years. Did not appreciate her attitude or inexperience.
