I enjoyed my conversations with the Roth Staffing team. However, struggled as they were not transparent regarding compensation during the interview process. The team was unable to share the breakdown of the commission structure in a tangible form such as a document. They were only allowed to verbally describe the commission, which made me feel a bit uneasy.
