Very quick process, interview was basic and mostly concentrated on availability. Single in person interview and offer to start soon was made at the end of the interview. Store was obviously short staffed.

Thorough and very detailed. It's a particular answer they are looking for. And you will know through the interview if you are doing well. And there are quite a few questions.
