Phone interview first then few rounds of professional interviews then super day. Met at recruiting event first. Around a month to two month process .
Had personal calls from team and recruiter I was strong candidate compared to rest. No offer.

After speaking with two people in HR asking the same questions, it then took another 2 weeks for them to schedule an in person interview. In person interview was long and sensed very unorganized. Waited a long time in between each interview. Sent a follow up email to HR and never heard anything back. Worst communication.

Entretien
I had 6 interviews total---1 was a phone screening, 1 with HR, 2 with Buyers, 1 with a DMM, and 1 with a GMM. It was a long process, but I appreciated meeting everyone and I felt more confident that it was the right job for me after each interview. Everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely cared to be there. Overall, it was a great experience.
