There was a lot of interviews with people at multiple levels. They also ask a lot of basic standard interview questions and many asked the same questions. They check all your references and conduct a background check that also took a long time.

They make you apply for promotions as if you were an outside hire. You have an interview with at least two different managers and one director. Each interview lasts from thirty minutes to one hour. Topics cover projects and past experience.
