Had a interview with store manager, then with the district manager. After I was hired I had 3 weeks of training in another store, so when I got to the store I would be able to do my job and have the associates confidence that I was able to performer my job. The culture of the company is all about respect, not just for your customers, but for the associates as well. I don't remember in my 3 years at Ross did a supervisor ever talk down to me. Don't get me wrong they do expect you to perform your job, but they have an excellent training program. It was a great company to work for. If you make your goal each month there were always rewards, pizza party's, gift cards and not just for the management team associates were always eligible as well.

Entretien
Interviewed by both a store manager and the district manager. Both asked somewhat of the same questions related to current experience with customer service and dealing with clients and coworkers. Both were very nice and made great conversation. Both questioned my ability to handle conflict with customers and between associates.
