It was lame...they didn't ask anything that pertains to the glorified door greeter position. All they did was talk about the job and then asked me what my strengths and weaknesses are. They offered me $9 which is only .50 more than what the other associates make

what are my strengths and weaknesses, This was the only question they asked. The rest of the interview was them explaining the position to me.
Interviews are quick and easy but depending on the location, I noticed miscommunication between HR and Upper Management. Also during the interview process I asked multiple times what their pay scale was for the position but they refused to give me any further details.

It was very long but other than that I got the job. They also dont drug test & the background check takes about 3 weeks to a month. I got the job in 2 weeks because I was one of the lucky ones lol
