They first asked the normal interview questions (fluff) but then they took me back to a room with a full DJ setup. They told me to pretend all of the staff were guests at a wedding and my job was to start the reception. They watched me mix a few songs together and make a couple of announcements. After about 10 minutes of "DJ'ing", they gave me a list of recommendations on how they do it and had me run through the process again. After about 20 or so minutes they asked me some additional skill related questions.
