Interviewed for the same position twice. First time submitted my resume on the company’s website and was contacted by HR within a week to schedule an interview for the following week. Second time, five years later, submitted my resume through the website. Again contacted in the same time frame as the first time. The building doesn’t have a receptionist so called the extension to reach the person I was to interview with for both times. Interview consisted of the manager talking about the daily tasks and what is required of the new hire. The requirements were a lot more than what was listed on the job description so it seemed like they were looking for a more senior person.

Avoid if you can, big time waster! Interviewed twice and rejected twice by the same person. First time was when I had 6 years of experience and second was when I had 10 years of experience. Basically the person just talked about the role and company, more like listening. Keep seeing posting for this position, makes me wonder if they're just interviewing for backup in case a person quits.
