This was an electronic interview for general submission, allowing all managers to have access to it. Feel that this is a negative for anyone that uses glasses to see their screen of their electronic device. They were reflective almost the whole time; very distracting from answering the subject matter being submitted online. No person involved on the other side, so you could not enteract.
