Entretien
01st round- the HR round confirming all the details from the resume before forwarding to the hiring manager.
2nd- The President & The Director of the company form the US- took 2nd round- asked about L&d and my work role etc- they are not Training Professional- so they checked how I would fit their organisation.
3rd- HR director from India- to inform the package etc. and then the release of offer.
