It was a 10 minute meeting over teams. There is no way to determine if someone has the skill set for a help desk position in a 10 minute video chat. This is basically a way to weed out people they don't like based on their appearance.

Awful company to speak with. Interviewer was late and had no idea what I applied for. The salary was 45k which is crazy low for this day and age. Joke
