The owner mostly hires within his ethnicity only. Seemed very intereseted in hiring me over the phone. After an interview, I was called in for "training" only to not be hired at all. Instead the owner hired another person he had in mind within his ethnicity instead of me. Waste of my time, energy, and gas and wasn't even paid for it. I was straight up used for free labor because he told us to clean the place. Why even train me if he wasn't yet decisive on hiring me?
