I Submitted my CV to Roots during a Job Expo Carried out in Bahria University. I was called in for an interview by the End of May 2012. For the First Interview their were almost 20 people fighting for a post which to be honest wasn't specified during the interview call. After a tedious wait of 2 hours I was called in for an interview which was pretty general and lasted only for 5 minutes or so. I was then called in for a second interview which consisted of surprisingly more candidates of almost 30. This interview wait was even more frustrating as I stood in the line for almost 4 hours. The interview in self lasted for only 2 minutes. After a couple of days I was called in for a job offer. Funny though as I went there I was still not assigned a job title. I was a type of an Admin/ Management Person. The pay was quite low and description pretty vague.
