J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Roofstock
Entretien
I applied online via Roofstock’s website.
I received an email requesting to reserve a time for a 30 minute interview. I did the interview and was told that the hiring manager was on vacation and would be back after a week.
I received an email to schedule a time for the next step of the interview process. The person never emailed me nor called me back. I was completely ghosted by this person. Rather disappointing since I took time out of my day to speak with the person. I just wish my time was respected as well.

Seamless and efficient. I went from initial call with the recruiter to offer in 10 days with full transparency the entire time. I was very impressed with the turnaround time. Company culture is also superior!

I was contacted by a recruiter via Linked In. From there, we set up an initial phone interview. After that quick 15 min call, I was set up to meet my potential boss. Then, I was set up to meet with 3 people as my 3rd interview but they were separate people. Then I was sent my offer letter about a week later with a great starting salary.
The only issue I had was that I was asked if I was licensed. I said yes and that I was a practicing real estate agent. They said great because that was a requirement. I later learned that I could not practice as a real estate on my first date. That definitely did put a little damper on things as I had just started getting my first potential client.
Regardless, I am still excited to start at Roofstock with all of it's great perks and benefits!

Question 1
Tell me about your experience.
How do you organize your work?
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you were able to speak with multiple members of the team through the interview process to get a feel for the team you’d be working with. Thank you for also sharing your feedback around the real estate license requirements. We will work to definitely prevent this from happening in the future.
