I applied through a recruiter, The Process took 3 weeks time and 2 Telephonic & 1 Face 2 Face (In person) Round Interview Process: The Interview Went very well, they have a Company/ Distribution of Pharma, Consumer & Surgical items in Angola. I applied for the Position of ASM. The Interview went very well with them, entire staff and ambience was very supporting from start till end. The last concern they had was Language and how well I or anyone will adapt the new Language and work Culture, which I believe was pretty Fair on Company end as they were hiring for long contract term of 2 years. Smooth Interview Process, No Additional Fees or security Deposit for International Hiring, Its Direct Company Salary: They Usually offer 50-100% for International Relocation (If candidate is new but suitable for placement)

Wastage of Time & Money... I told them all my CTC details before coming to interview still they told me that they can't give you same CTC even for Angola Location... Neither they reimburse any of your interview cost (Travelling & Stay) totally wastage of money & time... If they can do this before interview think what they will do after interview when you are abroad (most worst case if you joined in African country)
