They asked mostly personal questions - what does my husband do, where does my family live, where does his family live etc. They re-iterated several times that they are looking for a person who "loves Roseburg" and for whom "Roseburg is their entire life". Their reasoning - new hires have "no meaningful contribution" during their first two years of employment, Poor screening on their part - nothing on my resume indicated that I am from Roseburg, or have any ties to Roseburg, other than I was willing to relocate. Complete waste of my time (drove 1.5 hours each way), and theirs.
