The manager sat down at the bar with me for my "interview." He called me in at the lunch hour and made me wait while he flitted around the restaurant doing other tasks. The interview for a hostess position took an hour and a half... I really needed the position so I waited. But he was extremely unprofessional. It was a pretty uncomfortable interview.
