Applied through the website. Invited for phone screening, was advised that the hiring manager would be in touch if successful to the next round. Advised I made it to the next stage then absolute radio silence for over 6 weeks. Followed up with the recruiter three times and a colleague and heard nothing back. Eventually withdrew my application.
