Applied online, was sent online tests soon after. Passed online tests, invited to assessment centre. Assessment centre consisted of a 10 minute presentation, a competency interview, a group exercise, a re-trial of the online tests and a technical interview. I performed well in most of the tasks, but unfortunately messed up technical interview.

A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Entretien
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
