The interview process was relatively simple. Initially I was not chosen for the role, but shortly after, I received an email that they were looking to start another person in the position alongside their recent new hire. I attended three additional interviews - One with the direct manager and one with another department manager. After the 3rd interview, I spoke to the direct manager one last time, where I was able to speak to a fellow Customer Success Manager. Shortly after that, I provided references. I waited about 3 days for my references to be called, and was offered a position on the 4th day.
