Very good interview Process. Offer letter was rolled out but they didn't provided the VISA. Waited for 2 months and still waiting !! My question is why they want to interview and roll the offer letter when they knew VISA wont get approved ??

I got a call from the recruiter saying that i was a good fit for the role. He asked me to give an online assessment test. He was not very forthcoming about the role or other questions I had. After the test i emailed the recruiter but did not hear back for more than 10 days. After that i get an email saying they want a video interview and asked for my availability. i filled the availability for the next 6 business days. No communication again till a day before they schedule the interview. They had to reschedule the interview due to some conflict on their end. In the meantime i accepted another offer and let the recruiter know to cancel the interview as a professional courtesy, no communication back. I find out the interview was cancelled when i tried to log into the meeting to let the hiring manager know as i had not heard back from the recruiter. Its really unprofessional the way they are communicating with the candidates.
