This was the slowest and most disrespectful process I've ever had. I applied in Feb and had the first screening call with hr 1 week later. Then I was invited for a technical test 2 weeks later and nobody showed up! They didn't even apologize and asked me to reschedule, and I made the mistake of accepting. The SQL test was a joke and was conducted by a very junior analyst. Instead of assessing my skills, I ended up teaching him how to improve his queries and new commands in this 1 hour session! As expected, I was successful and had a call with the hiring manager (with another 2 week delay). After that stage I got invited to the panel interviews, which included 4 interviews with 4 different people. The 2 of the 4 was another technical one, where I was asked identical questions with the previous technical interview(!) and another one with the hiring manager (!). After the panel interviews, I waited for 20 days and nobody contacted me. I sent an e-mail to ask for an update and 2 weeks later they sent me an automated rejection e-mail and didn't bother providing any feedback at all. More than 3 months of effort and wasted time and they didn't even bother provide feedback after the final panel interviews.
