I found the job on LinkedIn and applied through the website. Three days later was asked to complete an assessment. About two weeks after the assessment, I got an email stating my skills did not match up with the job description.

The interview process was very thorough and transparent. All interviews were incredibly smart and were at different positions ranging from the director of the department to the VP, as well as the CEO. I think it speaks heights of the culture of the company that the CEO interviews every single candidate and was an absolute pleasure to talk to.

Challenging - but accurately reflects the company's emphasis on wanting to seriously ensure a thorough and competitive recruitment process in order to get the best hires, which I appreciated. Interviewers were on time and friendly. I could tell they really wanted to learn more about my experience beyond what I had on my resume through the questions they asked.
