I had applied for a different role months prior, but I was approached for this one. First an online invigigilated verbal and numerical reasoning test. Passed this and did another invigilated math test. Was invited to a zoom interview but resigned from the process.

The initial phase of the selection process involves completing two separate online assessments, which are administered and overseen by Dartmouth Partners. Upon successful completion of these tests, candidates are invited to attend a competency-based interview with the Human Resources team to discuss their background and motivation.
