Horrible experience. I interviewed twice. After the second interview the HR rep assured me that I would hear word either way the following week. After a month and a few follow up emails from me, I have not received a response yet. They totally ignored me. I understand a candidate not fitting a company's needs but I do not understand ignoring the former candidate when they are inquiring about whether or not they're still being considered. That is a perfectly logical and legitimate question to ask.
