One phone screen, one Codility test, one panel technical interview. Panel interview was slightly awkward as the two interviewers didn’t turn their camera on. After about 3.5 weeks of waiting and one follow up email (sent one week after the panel interview) I was told they were no longer hiring for the role. Second time interviewing with Rogers and almost identical experience both times.
