First there is a district interview day for all positions. This puts you into a pool of other candidates. Then you are interviewed by specific building principals when there are openings.

I applied online and within a week of applying for the district, I recieved a call about a preliminary interview day and scheduling. I scheduled it and and went to the interview with a handful of principals.

zoom interview at first-with at least four people on the call. They asked why rogers, and what atypical literacy and math block look like. They will then have an in person informal interview where you walk the building
