I had a zoom meet with the IT manager and Director. An in-person was then setup for the week after. This was with the owner’s admin, and the two folks I zoomed with. The next step was going to have a meeting with the owner himself. This never happened as I was ghosted by all parties. I did send a thank you email to the director as well as a follow-up expressing my interest in the position. Crickets!!! Very unprofessional behavior to say the least. I guess it’s better off in the end as this display of a potential employer is not what I’m looking for in my next position.
