Interview was with two people. Questions were fair and noted some of the challenges on the team with personality issues. Could have used more discussion of the DiSC profile and how I would fit into the team at that time.

It took about 30 days after I applied for them to call me.
First round, phone screen, Second round with HR and manager on site. Third step: proofing and editing test, and personality test. Friendly, straightforward, well organized.
