Very very casual interview process. All appointments were set up via text. I ultimately dropped out of the process as this felt like a red flag for how the organization ran. Discussions via text, short notice (same day request) on interviews, it felt too fast and casual.

The recruiter was amazing but it quickly went down hill from there. I experienced last minute rescheduling and a lack of communication were red flags. There was a lack of organizational support
