I applied online and one of the hiring managers got back to me within days and set up a time for a phone interview. He went thoroughly through the resume and then decided he'll ask the hiring team to send me an offer

Pretty casual 30 min phone interview. Mostly HR type of questions like tell me when you worked well with a team and etc. My interviewer asked about previous projects and relevant work. I did not get asked any technical questions.
