Prompt scheduling of interviews and enjoyable interview experience. The interviewers were professional and the interview was very interactive and conversational in nature. Communication was good except they didn't reach out to tell me I wasn't selected.

I had an interview with a recruiter who later completely ghosted me. It’s incredibly disappointing to be led to believe I was moving forward in the process, only to be met with silence. In hindsight, the red flags were there. The recruiter rescheduled just two minutes before our originally scheduled meeting. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful for a company that prides in having a “great culture”. Dodged a bullet here.
