Spoke to a representative at the NSBE regional conference career fair. Filled out a quick questionnaire at the booth before leaving. Got a call later that evening to set up an interview time for the next day. Got interviewed by the same representative I spoke to at the booth (this time she introduced herself as the Vice President of HR). She was very easy to talk to and helpful. Asked some typical behavioral questions, but was mostly interested in getting to know me.
