J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rockwell Automation (Pune City)
Entretien
Underwent 3 rounds of discussions. Extremely genuine, well defined JD. Different panels took deep interest in the candidature. Asked questions about my profile, background, thought process, expectations from the org. etc.
All good, until I was told that they would be keen to go-ahead with my candidature. The recruitment team went kaput posting taking my documents, and discussing the earliest possible Date of Joining with me. All calls, texts and e-mails went unanswered.
After high hopes considering the genuineness that I felt during the interview process, this turned into one of the cases where you feel dejected, disrespected and taken granted for by the recruiting team. If this is how they treat candidates, in the hindsight it is good that one doesn't get to join such an organisation. Better to be treated badly as a candidate, than as an employee.

General getting to know you conversation in first screening call, what previous experience gained and how you've managed certain situations, no particularly tricky technical Qs, mostly around behaviour and experience. Pleasant and relaxed interviewer.
