Phone screening - standard tell me about yourself, education and experience. On-site interview: I had to do a 20min presentation about my background. Then I had 5 individual interviews, asking about different aspects of my experience, about personal skills, very nice people. Very intense interview, 5h in a meeting room talking to different people asking technical questions. Phone interview with HR: standard phone screening, end up asking I wanted to move forward. I said yes. 2 days later I got called saying they won't continue with the offer, that they needed someone with more experience. I was shocked since they had already offered to make the offer letter.
