It was appalling, I was shortlisted for the second (final stage interview) attended and was told by the recruiter that I had been successful. Waited over a week only to be told to return a 3rd time because the client now wanted to be part of the process. Arrived 15 minutes early for the interview only to be asked to return 2 hours later because the managers who wanted to be involved where not available till later. Went back and was told by the hiring manager to emphasise on my ability to be just as hands on as much as management which I put across in the interview. Next day was told I came across too hands on rather than management 🤔. Won't recommend this company, particularly not the client site in Llantrisant South Wales, there are kebab shops that are more organised. Pathetic process and awful experience, I was told by the hiring manager I was too qualified and the fact I went through the interviews very well confirms the incompetence and unprofessional attitude of the company. The wider Rockwell automation might be okay to work for but definitely not the one embedded in the Royal Mint any self respecting engineer needs not even give them the time of day.
