The interview process itself was ok. It started with an HR screening call, followed by a video call interview with the hiring manager and a principal engineer, and finally an on-site panel interview with 4 team members. The ensuing communication (or lack thereof) with the recruiter/HR was unprofessional. My interviews took place in Nov and early Dec of 2025 and I received no communication until late Jan 2026 despite follow-ups. The communication received was that they are in a "strange limbo with roles on hold". The final communication was not received until mid-March 2026, when I was informed that the role had been closed.
Edit: the role was changed to be entry level instead of senior level, for a lower salary. Very disrespectful to string along candidates with little communication only to completely change the role 3 months later.
